Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment? The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SJR 25(JUD) Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to SJR 25? YEAS: 14 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Donley, Hoffman, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Lincoln Absent: Green, Halford and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25(JUD) Relating to voluntary school prayer. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
